• Ability to discuss Hardware and Software Requirement with Customers.
• Provide Estimates, Full dev lifecycle, able to gather requirements, write documentations, Install S/W products.
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Health check and move-add-change (MAC).
• Accept Service Requests.
• Assessments of the incident upon SR receipt.
• Analysis (Traces/logs from customer/field).
• Technical troubleshooting and provide resolution.
• First point of technical troubleshooting.
